BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray)

1 bunch of green onion

4.    Salt and pepper chicken breast and let sit while heating up the grill.  (It can be cooked in oven, however grilling adds more flavor.  Cook on the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.  (Until nicely browned and cook throughout).

5.    Brush BBQ sauce generously over both side of chicken

6.    Take chicken off grill placing it into a nonstick or pre-sprayed pan large enough for each chicken to sit flat.

7.    Place 2 of the precooked bacon on each chicken breast, followed by 2 piece of cheese.  Finally place the green onions over the cheese.  Bake at

350 for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has turned golden brown.

8.     Let chicken sit for about 5 minutes.
